The Main Cottage
is fully furnished with three full-size bedrooms and one bathroom,
plus a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room and
outside deck overlooking
Westport River.
This cottage also offers a two car garage,
central air conditioning and heat, a patio with outdoor grill,
local telephone service, television and a fishing pier with
one boat slip
(see
picture).
The Cottage is a non-smoking environment.
Also, no pesticides are used indoors or on the grounds.
No dogs are allowed on the property. Other
pets are not allowed without prior permission from owner.

The Waterfront
Cottage is completely furnished
with two bedrooms (one queen, one full), one bathroom, a kitchen
and living room. It also includes an electric heating system,
local phone service, television and one boat
slip off the fishing pier (see
picture).
The cottage has a
great view
of the Westport River; stretching over a mile of salt
water marshes. A 30' t-shaped fishing pier gives access to
the 20' deep navigation channel. The cottage has a
warm and friendly atmosphere and is, itself, a piece of New
England history located next to the old Town Landing.
